Sharon Shedroff is a founding partner and Deputy Chairman of Strategic Vision, Inc., a consulting and research firm based in San Diego, California.
She is an expert in decision making and communications; in customer satisfaction, retention, loyalty, commitment and decision making; and ValueCentered training procedures. She has applied the ValueCentered methods in many fields, including: accounting, airlines, the automotive industry, banking, education, entertainment, food and beverages, health and beauty, law, leadership, medicine, politics, restaurants, recreation, and telecommunications.
She has been a member of the national and international training and research team in ValueCentered methods since 1973. She has developed and led training for professionals in the U.S., Japan, Canada, Australia, England, France, Germany, Italy, and Russia.
