Thank you for your willingness to participate in our survey process. You are one of many individuals assisting us by creating and organizing subjective data and helping us derive objective information.

The Strategic Vision site (www.strategicvision.com) does not currently host live surveys. Invitations to currently fielding surveys, such as our ongoing New Vehicle Experience Study (NVES), contain a link to the live survey platform, as well as a link to opt-out of future survey invitations. If you have any questions about an invitation e-mail you received, please contact us at surveys - at - strategicvision - dot - com.

If you have received a multi-page paper survey for the New Vehicle Experience Study and would rather participate online:

Please send an e-mail to the address listed in the cover letter that came with your survey. Be sure to include the following information:

The first and last name of the person the survey was mailed to.
The survey ID code which appears on the first page of the paper survey.
The make and model of vehicle you purchased.

Please be sure to keep your survey invitation letter to enter the requested codes.
