We do not measure personnel, citizens, respondents, or people simply on battery after battery of standard measures and inform you of results.

To understand the dynamics of any process or decision, we interview key personnel and community members, and decision makers in-depth (usually about two hours) using our proprietary methods for eliciting information about sensitive subjects.

By identifying and implementing cost-saving measures, we have demonstrated an awareness and understanding of the budget process.. We know the dynamics that many government organizations must work under, while still adhering to an obligation to implement actionable plans for improvement of services.
